Free CE on Coaching in Nursing

Coaching in Nursing Workbook is available at no cost to nurses interested in learning about mentoring.

The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and the International Council of Nurses have published a free resource titled Coaching in Nursing Workbook that is available to nurses around the world. This tool is a hands-on guide that can be used to teach nurses coaching principles and skills in order to develop individual professional competencies and to improve nurse staffing retention. Six (6) hours of continuing education (CE) credit is available after completing the workbook. CE credit can be obtained by completing the online test.
